    SHIPPING POLICY

    For all orders placed via (Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Card) shall be serviced to you on the shipping address with us.

    TIME FRAME TO PROCESS AN ORDER

    Your order will be shipped within 2 working days from the date of processing to your registered shipping address with us and the delivery of the order will be done within 3-7 days, depending upon the location. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.


    NON DELIVERY OF PACAKGE

    Off base Location: We suggest approving the transportation address before affirming the equivalent on our site. We don't assume liability if the conveyance address gave is off base. In the event that a bundle is coming back to us in light of the fact that the location is wrong or obsolete we will consider the request status as shut. It would be ideal if you cautiously check to ensure that you have entered present and address.


    ADDRESS FORMAT

    In the event that you supply a Mail Box for your transportation address, shipment may be not able convey your item. We will attempt to control this issue preceding transportation by taking a substitute location from the clients. In the event that the substitute location isn't accessible the request will not be prepared and we will consider the request status as shut.


    FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

    Our shipment shall make two attempts to deliver your package and post unsuccessful delivery after these attempts, we will consider the order status as closed.


    TRACKING SERVICE

    In regards to track your order or request a tracking service for the desired shipment of the product. An email will be sent to you stating your tracking number at the registered email address with us.


    DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We are currently shipping our products and services only in the United Kingdom through the royal mail only . We do not ship internationally or outside the United Kingdom.
