Refund:- Refunds may be granted up to 14 days from purchase date.

Thee Future Web Ltd will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for most products.

• Damaged products or Defected on Arrival: Free replacement within 14 days.
• Wrong shipment by Thee Future Web Ltd: Free replacement within 14 days.
• Mistaken orders placed by a customer: Free replacement within 14 days for unopened product.
• Customer needs and alternate product: Free replacement within 14 days for unopened product.
• Order cancellation: No charges if items are not shipped. In case of the shipped orders, the returns policy will apply.
• Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns.
• Original shipping and handling charges aren't refunded.
• If the payment was made by Credit/Debit card or Net-Banking, we will refund the money in your Credit/Debit Card or the same account only.
• Typically refunds are processed in between seven working days for credit cards, debit and net banking orders.
