Refund:- Refunds may be granted up to 14 days from purchase delivery

All “Thee Future Web LLC customers are required to provide full, unconditional refunds to Customers up to 14 days from the day of purchase delivery Customers may be asked to provide a valid reason for claiming a refund or Thee Future Web LLC do not have any solution to resolve the customer’s raised issue.

All foods, Open Liquid Items, any product broken by buyer, Installed software and without any reason raised refund are Strictly Non-Refundable. Thee Future Web LLC provides a transparent online resolution procedure for settling disputes and may direct refund requests through that channel so that product and service providers may make alternative suggestions for resolving such requests.

After 14 days

After the first 14 days have elapsed, a refund request will normally not be accepted unless there are convincing reasons justifying a refund. During this period. Thee Future Web LLC will usually require a Customer to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why a refund is merited and why the request was not made earlier. Thee Future Web LLC will refer the request to the product or service provider before determining whether or not a refund should be granted.

A product or service provider may decide to give a refund during this period. Thee Future Web LLC may still consider the validity of refund claims up to a period of 14 days from the date of purchase and may issue a refund at its absolute discretion.

1. All brand new merchandise has 14 days DOA (dead on arrival) Warranty. Any defective merchandise can only be exchanged, If in any case your merchandise is not working properly, please notify us within fourteen (14) days by email only. Once we receive your email, we will process a complaint number and send you the complaint form to be completed and return to us with the parcel. Please confirm with us before sending anything back. We require proof of purchase for all warranty merchandise (Thee Future Web LLC’s invoice)
2. The Customer is responsible for the two-way shipping fees, for sending merchandise back to Thee Future Web LLC and for Electronics to return the merchandise back to you after the warranty is completed; please use a courier with tracking service.

4. Thee Future Web LLC offers a 14 days DOA warranty on all new merchandise. With a one year manufacturer warranty (Depending on the manufacturer).
5. Once Thee Future Web LLC technician/staff receives the parcels & confirms that the parcel is not working than an exchange will be processed. The process of an exchange will take 14-20 business days from the day Thee Future Web LLC receives the parcel.
6. Thee Future Web LLC merchandise warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, wear and tear, etc.
7. To be eligible for warranty all merchandise must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, warranty, manuals and any other merchandise or accessories provided by the manufacturer. No exchange will be processed if there is anything missing.
8. Thee Future Web LLC reserves the right to substitute a comparable model at the current market value of the merchandise.
9. While we strive for accuracy, Thee Future Web LLC reserves the right to make any type of changes at anytime, without prior notice; such as prices, descriptions, images, and so on. We are not responsible for any typing mistakes or errors. In the case of a discrepancy between store/online prices, Thee Future Web LLC will have the right in determining the corrected price.

Warranty: Standard warranty on the Electronics, Laptops, software and peripherals is 1 year from date of purchase (unless otherwise specified). Additional warranty up to 3 years may be purchased on the computer tower only at time of purchase. Warranty is on the computer products and all of the hardware components inside the computers. Should any hardware become defective within the Warranty period, the part and labour to replace this part will be covered at no charge to you. Software issues affecting computer performance are not covered under warranty. This includes, but is not limited to; Windows errors, Viruses, Spy ware (or any malicious software), Internet, Email, Games or not properly installed software & peripherals. For complete coverage, we recommend purchasing Technical Insurance with your computer. We do all warranty work on computer, Laptops, Notebooks or Tablets within our Tech Shop with some exceptions by Manufacturer's Request to have the product sent directly back to Manufacturer.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Thee Future Web LLC . will exchange or give in-store credit (no refunds) within 07 days of purchase or Delivery. Every return is subject to inspection and 25% restocking fee (35% on special orders). Product must be accompanied by sales receipt and be in the original condition and packaging (including all manuals & accessories). Product is not returnable if in un-saleable condition. Defective product will be exchanged for same product only. Due to copyright laws, computer software is non-returnable. Some Beauty Products and food products are non-returnable. Freight charges are non-refundable. All returns or warranty on defective product over 15 days is subject to Manufacturer Return and Warranty policies. (Excluding Beauty products only).
